Refund policy

We want you to love your candles! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns and exchanges on items in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@collierscandleco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding any shipping charges) or process an exchange if preferred.

Please note:

We cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned, used, or damaged after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping & Pickup Information

We do our best to ensure your candles arrive quickly and safely!

Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days or less. During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience with our small business!

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight. We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most reliable and cost-effective option.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Local Pickup
If you’re nearby, we’re happy to offer free local pickup at checkout when available. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is available at our side door (near the garage) in a grey bin with a sign that says "Collier's Candle Co. order pickup". Our address for pickup is 2572 Gregory St, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598.

If you place an order for pickup you may pick up anytime after receiving your pickup notification. You can pick up your order any day, anytime 24/7. All pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving a pickup notification. We are not responsible for any damage to the products due to weather if you fail to pickup your order within the 7 day timeframe.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our candles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right. If your package is lost in transit, reach out and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Sustainability
We use eco-friendly and recyclable materials whenever possible to reduce waste and protect the environment. The packing peanuts in your package are water soluble and re-used from packaging in supplies we receive.
